How to sign-up for open-appsec Premium Edition?

You can sign-up for our Premium Edition directly using the following link: https://my.openappsec.io/#/verifone/products You will be asked to sign-in with your existing open-appsec tenant which you want to upgrade or create a new one in case you don't have a tenant yet. Alternatively you can also sign-in to your open-appsec web UI tenant and then subscribe and upgrade to Premium Edition directly from within your web UI tenant's "Subscription Management" page:

On that page please use the button "UPGRADE NOW" and proceed with the selection and subscription:

How to renew my subscription?

By default your subscription is being automatically renewed, unless you unselected that option at the time when you subscribed initially or disabled the auto-renewal later from the subscription settings, which can be accessed via the "Subscription Management" page accessible from the user menu in your open-appsec web UI tenant.

If you currently don't have auto-renewal enabled for your open-appsec Premium Edition subscription, you can reenable it again from the "Subscription Management" page.

Then click here to get to the subscription plan and payment management page from where you can activate the auto-renewal again:

How do I upgrade my subscription?

By upgrading your subscription from e.g. the monthly to the quarterly or yearly subscription plan you can save on subscription cost, as the effective price/month goes down while the amount of included inspected HTTP(S) requests per each month goes significantly up.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you consider cancelling your open-appsec Premium Edition subscription, please contact us first at [email protected] as we would like to understand your individual, specific reasons, so that we can learn from it and further improve our product for you and other users in the future. Also if there are perhaps technical issues or missing features which might be critical for you, make sure to let us know so we can look into providing a suitable solution for you.

If you decided that you want to cancel your existing open-appsec Premium Edition subscription at any time from the Subscription Settings accessible via the "Subscription Management" page:

Then click here to get to your subscription plan and payment management page from where you have the option to disable the auto-renewal of your existing subscription, allowing you to still use it until the end of the licensed period until the next renewal is due:

Alternatively you can also cancel the subscription from there, make sure to read the important note below.

When you cancel the Premium Edition subscription from there, your tenant will be immediately downgraded back to the open-appsec Community Edition as a result, even if your renewal wasn't due yet. Please disable the auto-renewal for your subscription instead of cancelling it if you want to use it until the end of the current subscription period.

Once you cancelled your subscription, you cannot reenable the auto-renewal for this subscription anymore and would have to create a new subscription to use open-appsec Premium Edition again.
